Input Output builds web applications and SaaS products, runs the cloud infrastructure behind them, and provides technical consulting to SaaS companies, government technology and civil-society organisations.
Design and development of web applications and SaaS products, content management systems and dashboards, integrations and payment systems. Stack: PHP/Laravel, WordPress, Vue, Docker, GitHub CI/CD, Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL), AWS and Cloudflare.
Operation of cloud infrastructure and hosting fleets, including DNS and email, monitoring and backups. Security and compliance work, currently including the leadership of a SOC 2 Type II programme.
Technical consulting and product development for SaaS companies, government technology (govtech) and civil-society organisations. Engagements are typically long-term: Input Output has been the external engineering partner of a US municipal SaaS company continuously since 2015.
Designed and built most of the company's pre-2020 product line: online payments, CMS, dashboards and business-intelligence tooling. Designed Juniper, an immutable static-site CMS platform that now runs around 650 US local-government websites.
Lead product engineer of Mission Control, the company's internal CRM, BI and operations platform. Currently leads the company's platform and technical operations.
Ivan Cvetković has worked in software for more than 20 years, holds an M.Sc. in Telecommunication Engineering from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Niš, and has been active in the Serbian non-profit sector since 2009. Input Output is the sole proprietorship, registered in 2017, through which this work is carried out.
